LIVunLtd is expanding and we are looking for Resident Experience Managers to join our team. In this hospitality focused position, you will be on site at a luxury residential property, providing hotel-style concierge service to the residents living in the building. From assisting to personal needs to coordinating social events for the building, this is an exciting front-facing position that requires polish, poise and a passion for delivering amazing customer service.
If you have a solid knowledge of restaurants, attractions and theater, great instincts, a quick mind, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to give amazing customer service, we want to hear from you.
Successful candidates will have experience in hospitality, dining and/or retail, with a solid knowledge of restaurants, attractions and theater. Must have a quick mind and excellent communication skills. Ability to speak foreign language(s) and knowledge of Opera, Agilysys and Salesforce are bonus qualities!
